drugs and their vocal canine objectors

Does anyone else find it ironic that a PSA that just aired depicted a dog verbally requesting that his owner, a young marijuana-afflicted lass named Lindsay (okay, that's ironic too), cut out the drugs? Talking dogs (and that's live action talking dogs, not cartoony ones)? Drugs? What's the message? Weed makes one believe the dog is talking? Or is the ad just trying to be cute? Like, even your dog wants you to knock off your drug using ways? TV's stupid.
