swimming fetus

I dreamed I was eating a can of tuna. I got tired of eating and dumped the rest into my aquarium. A few tiny fish fell from the can and swam around the aquarium. A tiny inch-long human fetus also apparently fell from the can. It swam around and grabbed fish's tails. I left the room for a moment then returned. I saw the fetus dragging around a big ribbon of some kind. I realied it was pulling on the fin of one of my huge plecos, and the fin was coming off in a big strip. The fetus killed the pleco then put it in a coffin and buried it under the aquarium rocks.
