Seriously--if you say something like this in public, it's going on somebody's blog.

An elderly woman came into the store with a box containing a family of dolls she had just bought from us. "I accidentally bought the Asian family. I meant to buy the normal one." It seemed like trying to change her ways would have been a futile pursuit.
